Processing: Pulped Natural

History: Grown by Leonid Ramirez at Finca La Cortina de Hierro. This coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to use inly the ripest cherries. Later Cherries were fermented for 18 hours (aerobic) with the pulp on. Finally the coffee was pulped and placed on raised beds for 17 days until the ideal moisture content was achieved.

Leonid lives with 4 generations for his family in the mountains above the town on Genova, Quindio.
