Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your coffee.
If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch with us at hello@arkcoffee.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll do our best to make things right.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order and return the item within 7 working days. Items must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged.

Faulty items will be replaced where possible. If unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged in transit? Let us know as soon as possible (within 7 days), and we’ll take it up with the courier on your behalf.

Changed your mind? We may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required, and return shipping will be at your cost.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

All sale items are final. We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on discounted items—thank you for understanding.
