Brazil-Inhame
Not Your Average Brazil — Sweet, Bright, and Beautifully Expressive
Brazil is often known for its mild acidity and nutty, chocolatey notes — a solid, dependable base for espresso blends. But this lot from Fazenda Inhame breaks that mould in the best way.
Yes, it still offers the comforting familiarity of hazelnuts and chocolate. But what makes Brazil Inhame special is the surprising splash of bright, sweet acidity — like a golden stone fruit bursting through the cup. It’s subtle, never overpowering, but enough to lift the flavour and give it a refreshing clarity.
We’ve roasted this coffee to a point where its natural sweetness and acidity shine, while still delivering that smooth, round body you’d expect from a great Brazil. It’s a beautiful solo act — not just a base for blending.
