Grown in the lush highlands of southern Ethiopia, this Yirgacheffe Kochere reflects the very soul of where coffee began. Nurtured in iron-rich, acidic soils at high elevation, these heirloom varietals are carefully handpicked and washed to highlight their delicate clarity.
In the cup, you’ll discover floral notes of jasmine and rose, with juicy peach sweetness, a touch of honey bloom, and cashew on the finish. The texture is smooth and tea-like - a refined, elegant coffee that lingers with gentle sweetness and light.
